My primary modalities—Reiki and Dry Needling—work together to release tension, restore balance, and accelerate the body’s natural healing process. I also integrate lithotherapy (crystal and mineral energy work) and holistic health coaching to enhance energetic alignment and support long-term well-being. Depending on the length of your session and your unique needs, we may focus on a single modality or combine multiple approaches for a fully customized healing experience.
